Terms and conditions of sale

1. Company identity

These terms and conditions of sale ("T&C") govern the services provided by DronePixel (hereinafter "the Provider").

2. Purpose and scope

The T&C apply to all drone services offered by the Provider: aerial inspections, construction site monitoring, photo and video capture, as well as any custom mission agreed by quote. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&C, unless a written derogation is agreed between the parties.

3. Quote and order

Every service is subject to a free quote, drawn up on the basis of the information provided by the client (location, nature of the property, access, desired timeframe). The quote is valid for 30 calendar days from its issue. The order becomes firm upon written acceptance of the quote by the client (email or signature).

4. Prices

The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros, VAT included, and are "from" prices. The final price is the one stated on the accepted quote. No surcharge is invoiced without the client's prior written agreement.

5. Flight execution conditions

Services are subject to the European (EASA) and Belgian (BCAA / SkeyDrone) regulations applicable to unmanned aircraft. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a flight if safety conditions, aviation regulations or zone authorisations do not allow its execution. The client guarantees that they hold the necessary rights or authorisations for the overflown site (owner's consent, access to the land).

6. Weather, postponement and cancellation

• Weather: drone flights depend on weather conditions (wind, rain, visibility). In case of unfavourable weather, the service is postponed free of charge to the first available date suiting both parties.
• Cancellation by the client: any cancellation must be notified in writing at least 48h before the scheduled intervention date. Beyond that, the Provider reserves the right to invoice the costs actually incurred.
• Cancellation by the Provider: if execution proves impossible for reasons unrelated to weather or regulations, any sums paid are fully refunded.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, consumers have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the conclusion of the distance contract. If the client expressly requests that the service be performed before the end of that period, they acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

8. Delivery of files

Deliverables (photos, videos, reports) are sent to the client electronically within the timeframe agreed in the quote. The client is invited to check the deliverables upon receipt and to report any non-conformity within 7 calendar days.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in the quote, the client receives, after full payment, a right to use the images for the agreed purposes (internal use, promotion of their property or business). The Provider retains the right to mention the mission in its references and to show excerpts in its portfolio, unless the client objects in writing.

10. Liability

The Provider performs its services with the care and skill expected of a professional. Its liability is limited to proven direct damage and cannot exceed the total amount of the service concerned, except in case of gross or intentional fault. The inspection images provided are a visual decision aid; they are based on visually observable elements and do not constitute a structural survey, an exhaustive technical diagnosis or an architect's assignment. Any anomaly requiring further investigation must be examined by a qualified professional.

11. Payment

Unless otherwise stated on the quote, invoices are payable within 15 calendar days. Any late payment automatically entails, after formal notice, interest at the applicable legal rate as well as reasonable fixed compensation for recovery costs, in accordance with Belgian law.

12. Personal data

The processing of the client's personal data is described in the privacy policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Consumers may turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Failing an amicable agreement, the territorially competent Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
