2. Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily send us via the contact form or by email, phone and WhatsApp:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number (optional);
- city or project location (optional);
- requested service type and the content of your message.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your quote or information request — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Performing and invoicing the ordered service — legal basis: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
Your data is never used for commercial prospecting without your consent and is never sold to third parties.
4. Retention periods
- Quote requests without follow-up: 12 months after the last contact.
- Client data (accepted quotes, invoices): Belgian legal accounting and tax retention periods (7 years for accounting records).
5. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the Provider and its possible technical processors (website host, form service), who act on instruction and under contracts compliant with article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Images captured by drone
Our aerial shots are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and with respect for privacy: missions target specific properties with the client's consent, and we avoid deliberately capturing identifiable people or neighbouring properties. Should an image nevertheless show identifiable third parties, they may exercise the rights described below.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise them, contact us at contact@dronepixel.be. We reply within one month at most.
8. Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA): dataprotectionauthority.be — Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
