Does the installation need to be switched off during the survey?
No. The survey is entirely visual and done from the outside: your installation keeps producing normally throughout the intervention.
What anomalies can be spotted?
Dirt and bird droppings, cracked or broken glass, visibly damaged cells, deformed frames, mountings worth a closer look, vegetation casting shade, debris. The high-resolution photos allow each panel to be examined individually.
How often should solar panels be surveyed?
A yearly survey is a good rhythm to follow the condition of your installation. A survey is also useful after hail or a storm, or if you notice an unexplained drop in output.
Flat roofs, pitched roofs, ground installations?
All three. The drone easily reaches flat roofs of industrial buildings, pitched house roofs and ground or carport installations. The base price covers 30 panels; beyond that, the quote is adjusted.
What do I do with the results?
You receive organised, annotated photos showing visible anomalies and points worth a closer look. These images are a direct basis for your installer or cleaning company — and documented proof for a possible warranty or insurance claim.
