Real estate drone photos and video, anywhere in Belgium
To sell or let a property: aerial photos and an edited video that show the house, the garden and the neighbourhood from the sky. Delivered within 48 to 72 hours after the flight, ready for your listing.
Why use a drone to sell or let a property?
- The property in its setting: from the air you see the plot, the garden, the access and the surroundings, which a photo taken from the ground doesn't show.
- What the pack includes: 20 retouched aerial photos and an edited video of 45 to 60 seconds, in 4K and in a web version for your listing.
- One visit: one property, one flight, up to 45 minutes on site.

Frequently asked questions
Real estate pack: your questions
Do you film inside the property?
No, the pack covers the exterior only: the property, its plot and its surroundings, seen from the air.
Is a permit needed to fly over the property?
We take care of the entire regulatory side. The flight takes place above the property, in compliance with European (EASA) and Belgian (BCAA/SkeyDrone) regulations. If the property is in controlled airspace, we check and request the necessary authorisations before the intervention.
What does travel cost?
It's included in Brussels and up to 25 km around it. Between 25 and 60 km, add €60 excl. VAT (€72.60 incl. VAT). Beyond that, price on request.
When are the photos and video delivered?
Within 48 to 72 hours after the flight, via download link: 20 retouched photos and an edited video of 45 to 60 seconds, in 4K and in a web version.
Do you fly in bad weather?
No: rain and strong wind make a safe flight and sharp images impossible. In case of unfavourable weather, the intervention is postponed free of charge to the next available date.
